CREATIVE REQUEST FORM

Use this form to submit a marketing request for your event. Whether you need event graphics, print materials, website updates or a larger marketing effort, we’re here to bring your vision to life. 

 

After filling out this form you will be prompted to book a meeting with the Marketing Team to discuss your event. 
*This form may be updated periodically to better serve you.

Guidelines

Please submit 8-12 weeks in advance of all events.​

​You can submit one form for multiple pieces needed for the one event.


However, if you have different content to upload for different marketing materials, you may submit a link to a Google doc or upload a Microsoft Word Doc with the content needed for all items. Or submit the form multiple times for each piece.

TIER 1 
Larger event that needs a campaign rollout with paid advertising

TIER 2 
Midsize event that outreaches to the community with limited marketing (flyers, social media posts). May or may not be a ticketed event or may or may not require registration. It may be a multiple day event.

Small in house events, that may or may not require an RSVP. Or events that happen repeatedly all year long that are reoccurring.
