CONVALESCENT MINISTRY

The purpose of the Convalescent Home Ministry is to bring Glory to God in all that we do. We seek to fulfill the Mission of the Church to evangelize and disciple the nations, by focusing on those who are confined to Nursing Home Facilities and unable to attend regular Worship Services and Fellowship. (Ps. 71:9)

We would love for you to be a part of this Ministry. We provide: Room-to-room visitation at Park Avenue Healthcare and Country Oaks Nursing Facility on the Second Sunday of each month. And Church Service at Upland Rehabilitation Center on the fourth Sunday of each month.
